Manages theProcess Work Package, ensuring deliverablequality, schedule adherence andcompliance with budgeted hours:

-Coordinatesassigned process engineers through regular meetings, progress monitoring and issue resolution

- Identifies and cascades contractualprocess requirements and ensures alignment with thetender concept, company policies and project guidelines

- Collects and implements lessons learned during project phase and promotes the exchange ofproject feedback with product owners

- Ensures timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, operation manual inputs andCE conformity requirements

- Leadscommissioning meetings andprocess engineering reviews up to trial operation / Fit for Performance

-5+ years' experience in a similar position, inEPC projectsin Energy, Environmental technology or similar industry

- Bachelor's degree inChemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with good knowledge ofProcess Engineering

- Proficient user of CAPRI,COMOS and other engineering tools will be considered a plus

- Goodpresentation,coaching,facilitation andproject management skills

- Fluency inEnglish, Italian or other languages will be considered a plus

Compensation

• Basic wage component (gross): 59000 EUR
• This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
