Job Description

Requisitos:

• Educación: Técnica en Inyección de plastico
• Experiencia: Al menos 1 año como Técnico de Procesos en GRUPO LEGO.
• Experiencia Laboral: Más de 3-5 años como Técnico de Procesos
• Habilidades: Análisis de problemas, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, mejora continua, solución de problemas.

Conocimientos: 

• Office    
• Inglés Intermedio
• Actividades:
• Optimización de nuevos moldes y reoptimización de moldes MAQ Y Ramp Up de producción de acuerdo con los estándares de LEGO.
• Asegurar que los moldes funcionen con la mejor calidad y rendimiento y detectar/aplicar mejoras cuando sea necesario. 
• Mantener los moldes de LEGO en condiciones adecuadas antes de ser liberados para garantizar una producción confiable.
• Garantizar un alto nivel de calidad durante la liberación del molde del área de MAQ a Ramp UP o Producción. 
• Coordinación con el departamento de EMV para la aprobación y liberación de muestras entregadas
• Colaboración con el equipo de FLOW Lead para resolución de problemas relacionas con funcionamiento del molde y calidad del elemento.
