Process Lead (RPA)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Implement web scraping techniques to extract data from various sources.
• Utilize Python for scripting and automation tasks to enhance process efficiency.
• Integrate OCR/IDP technologies to automate data extraction from documents.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for seamless integration with existing systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Implement error handling mechanisms to manage exceptions and ensure smooth operation of automated processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on automation initiatives.
• Document automation processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong knowledge of web scraping techniques and tools.
• Experience with Python programming for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with OCR/IDP technologies for document processing.
• Understanding of REST APIs and their integration in automation workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in banking or financial services automation.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for automation and process improvement.
