Process Governance Manager - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Process Governance Manager - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end tracking of enterprise process management and global technology deliverables. The ideal candidate will manage the Core Technology Infrastructure's process inventory, ensure compliance with enterprise policies, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by fostering strong partnerships across business lines and risk partners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end tracking of Enterprise Process Management and Global Tech deliverables ensuring successful and timely executions
• Effectively manage the Core Technology Infrastructure's process inventory ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and enterprise policies
• Actively participate in all horizontal routines, representing the voice of the line of business and cascading information back as appropriate
• Review process dashboards as well as analytics and insights on opportunities for improvement
• Drive adherence to enterprise policies, operational standards, and risk-based practices
• Foster strong partnerships across lines of business, risk partners, and process owners to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution of priorities
• Partner with cross-functional teams and second-line risk partners to proactively manage operational and compliance risk
• Influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization to embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Oversee technology issues alignment, including standardized processes, proactive assessments, and timely remediation
• Support the evolution of process management discipline through effective gatekeeping, governance routines, and continuous improvement practices
• Champion operational excellence initiatives that modernize platforms, improve efficiency, and promote standardization
• Enable digital transformation efforts by introducing workflow tools, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements
• Strategically nurture positive relationships to drive value, build partnerships, and evolve a collaborative culture

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in process governance, operational risk, or relationship management roles
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and delivering measurable outcomes
• This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite

Desired skills:

• MBA or certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma preferred
• Proven experience in relationship management, governance, or operational risk within a large, complex organization
• Strong ability to communicate and influence at an executive level, with exceptional written and verbal skills
• Expertise in process design, control frameworks, and compliance standards
• Strategic thinker with critical problem-solving skills and the ability to balance tactical execution with long-term vision
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau)
• Experience with workflow tools (e.g., Jira)

Pay range:$78.03 - $86.03 per hour
