About The Client:
A global professional services network and part of the Big Four, along with Client, EY, and KPMG, operating across 149 countries worldwide.
Qualifications:
- Years of Experience – 5 to 8 Years
- Relevant Experience 3 to 6 years
Skill Set Required
- Experience with Process Excellence / Business Excellence in Operations Context. Marine experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Hands on experience with Visio and Process Mapping Tools. Any experience with RPA or Process Automation is a plus
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma concepts
- Experience with working with European region, Strong communication skills & Presentation Skills are needed. Interview skills are mandatory
- Ability to document, As Observed Processes in details is needed.
- Ability to visualize processes and make presentations from the gathered data
- Experience with transition of processes from Onshore to Offshore is needed
- Has to be extremely proficient with Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
- Experience with authoring processes or technical writing will be a plus.
