Process Engineering Officer

Job Description Summary

Responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance product quality, production efficiency, and operational performance while reducing costs and minimizing downtime.

Job Description

• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize manufacturing processes and production performance.

• Develop proposals and improvement plans to enhance process efficiency, product quality, and productivity.

• Provide technical support to production teams in implementing process improvements.

• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards, safety procedures, and company requirements.

• Monitor the implementation of process improvements and provide technical guidance to production personnel.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement is preferred.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process improvement methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
