Process Compliance Operator

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting our daily quality activities through the identification, documentation, investigation, and resolution of product and process nonconformances.
• Will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure timely containment, root cause determination, corrective action implementation, and ongoing quality monitoring within machining, assembly, and test environments.
• Possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to facilitate cross functional problem-solving activities to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
