Infinity Rehab is seeking a Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist to work PRNMonday, Wednesday and Friday within our therapy team atYampa Valley Healthcare Center, in Craig, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and direct patient care for adults with a variety of medical conditions includingorthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide speech-language services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders

Qualifications

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology  

• Certificate of Clinical Competency

• CurrentColorado licensure  

• NetHealth experience

• One year of experience as a SLP in long-term care
