Job Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and mobility as needed.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing staff.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to residents' needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Document care provided according to facility policies.
• Treat every resident with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Follow infection control procedures and all facility policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current, valid State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
• Compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to care for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions and complete assigned responsibilities.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Rate: $18.00/hour - $20.25/hour
