Job Summary for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) *Remote/Telehealth*We are seeking aPRN virtualand skilledSpeech Therapist/Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as atelehealth SLP. As thevirtual SLP, you will play a vital part in assessing and treating patients with speech and language disorders and contributing significantly to their recovery and quality of life. The remote SLP, you will service two of our Wisconsin facilities (Careview Health and Rehab of Minocqua and Careview Transitional Care of Weston). Responsibilities for PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) *Remote/Telehealth*

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech and language abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
• Educate patients and families on speech therapy techniques and exercises
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements for PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) *Remote/Telehealth*

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Therapist
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech therapy
• Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through the company's platform
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
