The ideal candidate will have high level relationships with family offices & Ultra High Net Worth Investors (pro athletes, Unicorn founders with a recent exit, ex CEOS with large parachute) who are actively investing in alternative investments, private equity, and new ventures

Specifically those that areentrepreneurs who sold their companies, pro athletes, family offices, and pursuing new investment opportunities and open to media/entertainment. This is ONLY to target retail high net worth accredited investors and family offices, NOT institutional capital.

Responsibilities

• Present to investors a $25 million SAFE round venture, with a follow on Series A (with 7-14x exit potential) in a global $3 trillion media/entertainment industry for a new disruptr to studios and streamers

• Make introductions to high net worth investors who are open to new ventures and uncorrelated alternative investments

• Explain to investors how U.S., Canadian, and foreign tax credits and rebates offset equity risk and provide ongoing cash flowBe able to close $1-$5 million+ per investor

• Open to coming onboard full time for additional $100M Series A raise

Qualifications

• Lead or Co Investor, Limited Partner, Family Office CIO, Fund Manager, Wealth Advisor for UHNWI,

• Previous PROVABLE capital raising experience as a founder, cofounder, CFO, hedge fund manager, private equity managing partner, 3rd party marketer, private placement broker dealer, or wealth advisor

• Love of Great Films including "The Departed", "Once Upon A Time In America", "Goodfellas", "Godfather"

• Understanding of $3 Trillion Global Media & Entertainment Industry

• Passion to eventually be in film/tv production full time and be involved in other film/tv productions that would shoot all over the world.

• High level access and warm lead relationships with HNW investors and family offices

• A level sales and closing skills of investment subscriptions

• Open to a success fee, back end equity, and producer credits. Eventual transition to full time key executive role based on success of initial capital raises
