Description
Job Role: Printer Support Engineer
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Location: Dahej, Gujarat.
Mode of interview: 1st : Telephonic & 2nd : Virtual (MS Teams).
Nos of interview round: 2
Skills Required:
Install, set up, and configure network and standalone printers, scanners, and
multi-function devices (MFDs)
Ensure compatibility with plant systems and network environments
Diagnose and repair hardware issues (e.g., paper jams, roller failures, fuser errors,
etc.)
Qualification:
Any ITI or any Diploma with minimum 2 years' experience in printer, scanner & multi-function printer hardware, and software troubleshooting experience.
OR
Any degree with 1-year experience in printer, scanner & multi-function printer hardware, and software troubleshooting experience.
