Print Shop Operator -10am to 7pm

Essential Functions/Job Duties: 

• Work an order desk or window for walk-up customer order submission. 

• Check order entry web submission for customer orders. 

• Make copies and prints for customers. 

• Bind documents for customers. 

• Any finishing tasks for print orders including padding, laminating and cutting. 

• Keep paper and supplies for facility equipment organized. 

• Answer customer service calls and transfer calls. 

• Deliver finished jobs to customers/departments/sites. 

• General customer care/customer service for facility staff members. 

• Regular, physical attendance on a predictable basis is essential to the performance of this job. 

• Other duties and projects as assigned by Supervisor and/or Management. 

Qualifications

Required Minimum Job Qualifications, Experience, Education and Training  

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; may be required to take and pass a Core Basic Copier Technology Exam. 

Preferred Education and Experience 

Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two (2) year college or technical school preferred. 

Additional Eligibility Qualifications 

Must be able to accomplish any and all duties with little to no assistance.
