This onsite role offers up to 30 hours per week and provides a great opportunity to build hands on experience in a professional print shop environment. Position Overview
Supports the production of printed materials by completing basic print tasks that ensure smooth daily operations. Contributes to the quality and accuracy of print projects through consistent preparation of materials and equipment. Provides reliable assistance to print shop staff by performing routine tasks that help maintain an efficient and organized work environment.
Essential Job Functions
- Load paper and materials and set up basic print jobs according to written instructions.
- Operate entry level print shop equipment such as copiers and printers with directions from senior staff.
- Complete simple binding and finishing tasks including folding, cutting and assembling printed items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and restock supplies as needed.
- Move boxes materials and completed print items and deliver them to designated areas within the building.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Experience / Education Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent with experience in basic print or production tasks preferred
- Experience working in a print shop or similar setting is helpful but not required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Requires excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to relate to persons with a variety of cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds.
- Uses basic computer programs to complete simple tasks and follow written instructions
- Organizes work materials and manages time to complete tasks as assigned
- Follows safety procedures and reports equipment concerns senior staff
- Works well in a team environment and supports daily print shop operations
- Maintains reliability and consistent attendance in a part time schedule
