We are seeking an experiencedPrincipal SAP Logistics & Supply Chain Consultantto join our growing consulting team. This role is ideal for an experienced SAP professional who combines deep expertise inWarehouse Management and Transportation Management with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery skills.

You will be a trusted advisor to clients while leading consulting teams through the successful delivery of SAP projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience acrossSAP EWM, WM, and TM, with the ability to design and deliver end-to-end logistics solutions that support warehousing, transportation, inventory management, distribution, and fulfilment operations.

More importantly, you will bring a holistic view of how supply chains operate. You will be capable of understanding a customer's end-to-end business processes and translating complex operational requirements into practical SAP solutions that connect procurement, warehousing, transportation, sales, manufacturing, and quality management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams of SAP consultants across multiple project streams and client engagements.
• Coordinate project activities, manage priorities, and allocate work effectively across functional teams.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business objectives.
• Guide clients through complex warehousing, transportation, and logistics business processes.
• Design and deliver SAP solutions across Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, and associated supply chain processes.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact throughout project delivery.
• Ensure high-quality solution delivery through effective planning, governance, communication, and team coordination.
• Support consultants in resolving complex business and system challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help customers maximise value from their SAP investment.
• Coach and develop consultants while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Essential Experience

• Extensive SAP consulting experience delivering complex enterprise supply chain and logistics solutions.
• Deep expertise inSAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM),Warehouse Management (WM), andTransportation Management (TM) across warehousing, distribution, fulfilment, and transportation operations.
• Strong functional knowledge ofSAP Materials Management (MM) andSAP Sales & Distribution (SD), with a clear understanding of how procurement, inventory, warehousing, transportation, and customer fulfilment processes integrate end-to-end.
• Ideally experienced inManufacturing & MES (PP) andQuality Management (QM), with an appreciation for how production and quality processes interact with logistics operations.
• Proven experience leading SAP consultants across complex project deliveries, coordinating priorities, managing workstreams, and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with operational users, business leaders, and project teams.
• Strong ability to understand a customer's business holistically, identify process interdependencies, and translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
• Experience across multiple industries, enabling the application of leading practices and adaptable solutions to diverse business environments.
