Job Description:

Design and implement scalable cloud native solutions using microservices and event driven architectures.

Lead modernization of legacy banking applications to cloud based distributed platforms.

Define architecture standards design patterns and technology roadmaps aligned to enterprise objectives.

Drive platform resiliency observability security and performance optimization initiatives.

Lead technology initiatives supporting Middle Office Post Trade Processing Trade Lifecycle Management Custody Settlements and Cash Management operations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate regulatory and operational requirements into technology solutions.

Design reconciliation analytics and transaction processing platforms for large volume financial systems.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross functional engineering teams.

Establish best practices for software development code quality CICD DevSecOps and release management.

Guide engineering teams in adopting microservices containerization and cloud native development approaches.

Lead migration initiatives involving Oracle Exadata Postgres and cloud native database platforms.

Drive transformation from traditional messaging solutions to modern event streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka.

Develop modernization strategies that improve scalability operational efficiency and system reliability.

Architect and deploy solutions on Azure and hybrid cloud environments.

Build containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.

Optimize infrastructure utilization platform maintenance and operational expenditure.

Implement distributed tracing observability frameworks and intelligent monitoring solutions.

Establish resiliency engineering practices including retry mechanism’s fault tolerance and disaster recovery strategies.

Conduct performance tuning workload balancing database optimization and capacity planning.

Required Technical Skills: Programming Languages Java Expert, Python, Ruby, JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications

Azure Certification AZ900 or higher.

Experience leading largescale enterprise transformation programs.

Strong stakeholder management and client facing consulting experience.

Experience with AI driven automation and predictive analytics solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related discipline.
