Job Summary

This is a senior technical lead role focused on the development and evolution of WiFi Motion solutions. The role involves leading software projects, developing and optimizing firmware for gateways and routers, and working across Internet, WiFi, and related technologies. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, mentor engineers, and drive the adoption of AI tools to enhance software development and delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development, optimization, and expansion of the WiFi Motion sensing solution.
  • Architect scalable software solutions for smart home and connected device platforms.
  • Provide technical leadership on software projects.
  • Develop and enhance software for new gateway models and chipset architectures.
  • Work across multiple technologies, including Internet, WiFi, gateways, and routers.
  • Develop and optimize firmware for gateways and routers.
  • Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Support the software release process to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Drive the adoption and use of AI tools within software development.

 

What You'll Have

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience as a technical lead on software projects.
  • Experience working with Internet, WiFi, gateway, and router technologies.
  • Strong understanding of smart home and IoT solutions.
  • Experience developing and optimizing firmware for gateways and routers.
  • Proficiency in C, C++, Python, and Java.
  • Expert in Linux and RDKB.
  • Experience with WiFi sensing algorithms.
  • Experience with TensorFlow Lite and NPU offload.
  • Expertise in model quantization.
  • Skilled in using AI tools to improve software development.
