About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) professional to design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise integrations across Oracle Cloud applications and external systems.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Fusion applications, API integrations, and cloud-based integration architecture.
• The role involves collaborating with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations while following enterprise standards, governance, and best practices.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Create and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and external applications.
• Develop and consume REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
• Configure and manage Oracle Integration Cloud components including:
  • App-Driven Orchestrations
  • Scheduled Integrations
  • File-Based Integrations
  • Business Events
  • Connectivity Agents
• Perform data transformation using OIC Mapper, XSLT, XPath, XML, JSON, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor integration performance and implement optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Develop technical design documents, mapping specifications, integration designs, and deployment guides.
• Support production environments, incident resolution, and enhancement requests.
• Follow enterprise best practices for security, governance, compliance, and change management.
• Participate in estimation, development planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Assist in mentoring junior developers and support project delivery activities.

Core Responsibilities & Leadership

• Analyze business requirements and develop robust integration solutions.
• Prepare design documentation, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Create and execute test plans, test data, unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing activities.
• Evaluate and recommend software and integration solutions to meet business requirements.
• Resolve customer issues and recommend enhancements to improve existing integration processes.
• Work closely with business and development teams to ensure solution quality and testability.
• Perform project estimation activities and track delivery progress.
• Lead assignments involving complex integrations and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Serve as a technical consultant and subject matter expert for Oracle Integration technologies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Mandatory Technical Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP Web Services
  • XML
  • XSLT
  • JSON
  • XPath Expressions
• Experience integrating Oracle Cloud applications including:
  • Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Oracle SCM Cloud
• Good functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules:
  • Inventory
  • Order Management
  • Product Development / Product Information Management (PD/PIM)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with Oracle SaaS Adapters.
• Experience using:
  • FTP/SFTP/HAFT-Based Integrations
  • Database Adapters
  • Email Adapters
  • File Adapters
  • Kafka Adapters
• Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms including:
  • OAuth
  • Basic Authentication
  • API Keys
  • SAML
• Strong SQL and Oracle Database knowledge.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Oracle Visual Builder is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Oracle APEX development is preferred.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.
• Experience working in Agile and enterprise integration environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud architecture and development.
• Experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion integration projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.
• Experience working in enterprise application integration environments.
