Job Description:
  • Candidates joining our team will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on client's success by contributing to the design and development of innovative Network Visibility products.
  • These complex systems integrate high-speed networking, computing, and FPGA resources, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop state-of-the-art Network Visibility hardware products while contributing to the next generation of product development.
  • Create and maintain schematics and coordinate PCB layout resources.
  • Support product sustaining activities and implement design changes to improve manufacturing yields.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Mechanical, RTL, Software, and Manufacturing, throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Participate in hardware development activities from initial concept through production.
  • Troubleshoot complex hardware issues, perform detailed lab measurements, and implement effective solutions.
  • Support EMC compliance testing and resolve non-compliance issues.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5–7 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in end-to-end product development, from concept to production.
  • Strong knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and design practices.
  • Experience with PCB Layout and high-speed networking technologies.
  • Knowledge of EMC design techniques and experience resolving EMC compliance issues.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment to capture and analyze complex measurements.
  • Experience with high-performance processors and embedded platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Cadence tools, including OrCAD/Concept and Allegro.
  • Understanding of PCB stack-ups, materials, and their impact on design performance.
  • Knowledge of switching power supply design.
  • Strong debugging skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Networking experience is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in small, collaborative teams.
