Description of the Role:
Principal Engagement Manager supporting NowVia's engagement with the ServiceNow Customer Excellence team for a Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) client. Responsible for executive-level client relationships, leading complex ServiceNow engagements, and overseeing delivery across multiple workstreams.
Top/Must have skills:
- Healthcare or Life Sciences industry experience is a top priority.
- Strong C-suite and VP-level client relationship management.
- 20+ years of industry experience with 10+ years in customer-facing delivery.
- ServiceNow Core Platform, Integrations, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and CRM (CSM/ESC) experience.
- Strong Agile delivery expertise and experience leading large teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and CRM. As many as possible preferred.
