Job Title: QA Integration Test Lead
Location : St Louis, MO /Charlotte, NC
Contract duration: 6 Months
Rate : ***/hr

We are seeking a QA Integration Test Lead to spearhead end-to-end integration testing for a critical enterprise initiative: replacing our legacy WorkForce Management (WFM) system with Salesforce. This role requires a professional who understands the Client ecosystem and can navigate complex integrations involving CSG, provisioning, and enterprise billing/scheduling engines. You will design the testing framework to ensure seamless data flows and zero business interruption during this transition.

Core Responsibilities
•Integration Strategy: Define and execute the E2E integration test strategy for migrating legacy WFM systems to Salesforce.
•Ecosystem Navigation: Map and validate complex data paths across the Charter ecosystem, managing upstream and downstream system dependencies.
•Core Systems Testing: Lead the testing of deep integrations with CSG Billing, real-time scheduling tools, and middleware layers.
•Data Migration: Oversee data integrity and compliance validation for historical WFM records, employee profiles, and shift logic moving into Salesforce.
•Defect & Team Leadership: Drive defect triage, collaborate with Salesforce architects and third-party vendors, and ensure prompt bug resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•Experience: 6+ years in QA Engineering, with 3+ years leading enterprise Salesforce integration testing.
•Telecom/Charter Domain: Direct experience navigating the Charter communications ecosystem or similar large-scale MSO environments.
•Key Platforms: Proven technical familiarity with CSG and complex workforce scheduling systems.
•API Validation: Advanced hands-on experience testing REST/SOAP APIs using tools like Postman.
•Salesforce Architecture: Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, security profiles, and integration capabilities.
•Tools & Process: Proficiency with Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and test management tools (e.g., Zephyr).

Good to Have
•Salesforce Administrator or Deployment Specialist certifications.
•Knowledge of automated testing tools optimized for Salesforce (e.g., Provar, Selenium).
