Principal Architect

Job Overview
As Principal Architect, the person will lead the Digital Transformation and Innovation as part of Digital Centre of Excellence. He/she would also be responsible for creating and deploying a framework for identifying innovation opportunities worthy of experimentation keeping business needs and roIe in mind, apart from owning the enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and drive digital transformation and innovation projects from idea generation to new ventures in close collaboration with business stakeholders and external partners
• Ownership of overall Enterprise Architecture including compliances and standards. Should create the overall Architecture blueprint and roadmap for Vistara applications aligning with Enterprise Architecture
• Should own and assess non-functional requirements and propose solutions for Availability, Backup, Capacity, Performance, Redundancy, Reliability, Scalability, Supportability, Risks and Costs models
• Lead the technical team and work closely with Business Users and s/w providers to build digital solutions, Create the Demos and POCs

Work Experience

• 12+ years of experience in Architecture and Innovation
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Lead Architect

Qualification

• B.Tech or MCA. TOGAF or similar certification in Architecture is a must
