Principal AIOps Architect - Cloud & Agentic AI

We are seeking aPrincipal AIOps Architect to lead enterprise-scale AIOps, Intelligent Operations, and Agentic AI transformation initiatives, driving architecture strategy across cloud, automation, and AI-driven operational intelligence platforms for large enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale AIOps, Intelligent Operations, Agentic AI, and automation transformation programs, defining target-state architecture, modernization roadmaps, governance, and reusable solution patterns
• Architect observability and operational intelligence solutions across metrics, logs, traces, events, topology, service dependencies, incidents, deployments, and configuration changes to enable anomaly detection, event correlation, service-impact analysis, and AI-assisted RCA
• Design Agentic AI solutions for IT Operations using Amazon Bedrock/AgentCore, Microsoft Foundry/Azure OpenAI, or Gemini/Vertex AI Agent Engine to enable reasoning, knowledge retrieval, tool invocation, multi-step investigation, recommendation, and operational decision-making
• Architect autonomous and semi-autonomous remediation solutions with policy controls, identity and access checks, risk assessment, Human-in-the-Loop approvals, rollback, recovery validation, auditability, and feedback mechanisms
• Integrate AIOps platforms with ITSM/CMDB, observability, CI/CD, cloud-management, knowledge, security, automation platforms, and enterprise APIs, including ServiceNow or equivalent solutions
• Lead enterprise architecture reviews, solution assurance, design authority, non-functional requirements, security, resilience, scalability, operational governance, and technical leadership across Cloud, SRE, DevOps, Platform, Operations, and AI teams
• Lead RFP/RFI/RFQ and pre-sales solutioning, including technical discovery, solution architecture, transformation approach, estimations, staffing models, implementation roadmaps, assumptions, risks, dependencies, TCO considerations, and technical proposal development
• Engage with senior customer and executive stakeholders, conduct architecture workshops and solution defenses, and collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Engineering, Practice, and Commercial teams to develop technically viable and competitive solutions

Requirements

• 18-25 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Enterprise/Solution Architecture, Cloud, SRE, DevOps, Platform Engineering, IT Operations, Automation, or AIOps
• Extensive experience architecting large-scale AIOps and intelligent operations platforms, including observability, anomaly detection, event correlation, noise reduction, service-impact analysis, AI-assisted RCA, remediation, and operational automation
• Expertise in at least one major cloud platform – AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, including enterprise cloud architecture, security, identity, networking, governance, resilience, and scalability
• Hands-on architecture experience with at least one Agentic AI ecosystem such as Amazon Bedrock/AgentCore, Microsoft Foundry/Azure OpenAI, or Gemini/Vertex AI Agent Engine/Google ADK
• Understanding of Agentic AI architectures including reasoning, planning, tool/function calling, RAG/knowledge grounding, context and memory, multi-agent orchestration, agent evaluation, Human-in-the-Loop, guardrails, and policy enforcement
• Experience designing autonomous/self-healing operations, event-driven remediation, workflow orchestration, ITSM integration, operational governance, and secure interaction between AI agents and enterprise systems
• Proficiency in Python for Agentic AI solutions, APIs, integrations, automation, telemetry processing, orchestration, and rapid prototyping
• Experience in RFP/RFI solutioning, pre-sales architecture, technical proposals, estimations, solution defense, executive stakeholder management, and technical leadership across large enterprise transformation programs

Nice to have

• Experience across more than one major cloud platform and familiarity with enterprise observability platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, or Elastic
• Familiarity with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Strands Agents, Google ADK, MCP, A2A, RAG, vector databases, or knowledge graphs
• Exposure to SRE, FinOps, cloud economics, capacity optimization, predictive operations, and managed-services solutioning
• Relevant Cloud Architect, AI, Enterprise Architecture, SRE, ITIL, or TOGAF certifications
