Pay Range: $75 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI-driven solutions, ensuring enterprise scalability and security.
Develop Spec Driven Development workflows for translating specifications into secure implementations.
Integrate solutions with enterprise systems through APIs and protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol).
Collaborate with engineering, security, product, and leadership stakeholders to define requirements and evaluate trade-offs.
Apply sound architecture and systems design practices, ensuring observability and extensibility.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

8+ years of hands-on experience in AI software engineering and enterprise scalability.
Proven track record of developing and deploying AI-based solutions with measurable impact.
Strong programming proficiency in languages such as Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Go.
Experience with modern AI/LLM development, including context engineering and agentic system design.
Solid understanding of software architecture, API design, and data modeling for scalability.
Ability to work independently across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment.
Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Working knowledge of secure development practices and enterprise security compliance.
Experience applying AI within a security domain (e.g., application security, DevSecOps).
Familiarity with secure-by-design principles and relevant frameworks (e.g., OWASP).
Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and LLMOps in production.
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
