Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre in Mount Wellington is looking for acasual F&B Attendantto join our friendly, hands-on Banquets team.  We are located in a central yet peaceful location on the edge of the Panmure Lagoon.

About You

• A passion for customer service, high standards of service and excellent attention to detail.
• Is ideally experienced in all facets Banquet/Conference service.
• Have the ability to multi-task with a can-do attitude
• Keep a cool head whilst working under pressure
• Must be able to work on a rotating roster that covers, days, evening/night & weekends. 
• Are available to start as soon as possible.
• If you already have bar experience,your LCQ and First Aid Certificate, this is advantageous
• Must have the right to work in NZ

About the Job

The F&B Attendant:

• Is responsible for ensuring exceptional service is delivered to guests, primarily in our conference/banquets environment, but also supporting our Restaurant team as needed.
• Actively contributes to the efficient operation and revenue generation of the conference team by providing a high standard of customer service, cleanliness, food and beverage service, preparation and effective cash and card handling.
• Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period while accommodating guests effectively and politely.
• Must be comfortable with manual handling requirements (such as moving chairs, tables and other banqueting equipment)
• Is expected to be flexible in team, in order to most effectively deliver on our F&B service requirements.
