- Experience leading projects or workstreams from analysis through recommendation, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience building revenue impact and unit economics models. Hands-on experience querying and analyzing large datasets (e.g., SQL), building reports in a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Ability to synthesize qualitative inputs, such as call transcripts and field feedback, into clear themes that support pricing recommendations.
- Cross-functional collaboration and influence skills, with experience partnering with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS metrics (e.g., ARR, net revenue retention, win rate, discount rate) is a plus
- Curiosity, high agency, and an owner’s mindset with a strong bias for action.
