Pricing Specialist (m/f/d) - Maternity Leave Cover

Reporting directly to the Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for the management and execution of the company's defined Pricing processes. You will also be responsible for analysing the impact of different pricing scenarios on sales and margin, in close alignment with the Offer department.

Responsibilities:

• Incorporate insights into the pricing management system that support the category and sales channel strategy;
• Analyse pricing scenarios, generate and update reports in order to interpret results and present key findings and recommendations;
• Drive change management initiatives, namely the implementation of new pricing and promotion management processes and systems;
• Share specialised knowledge with the Offer and Store teams regarding price perception management;
• Produce ad hoc analyses and related initiatives that add value to the company’s Pricing strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field;
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing business priorities;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Software: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Access and Excel (VBA). Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or other BI tools will be considered an advantage;
• Fluent in English (minimum B1 level);
• Availability for a fixed-term contract of uncertain duration (maternity leave cover).
