Pricing Analyst and Channel Development Executive

Job Description Summary :

Monitoring trade program  and sales reporting for Indonesia Industrial packed products in order to build more sustainable business growth for total MCP business.

Job Description :
Commercial Support
1. Tracking agreed sales deal volume and sales volume realization to ensure the sales is delivering per deal made.

2. Make sure all order request from sales fully approved
3. Provide support to Direct Sales Team in creating NOO in SAP system.

Trade Marketing
1. Deploy trade program to indirect sales team.
2. Monitor trade programs achievement to ensure the objective of the program is achieved.
3. Prepare promo approval and promo report.
4. Verify trade program claim from distributors including distributor incentive and grading program and prepare the documentation for payment purposes.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Business, Management, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in Sales Support, Trade Marketing, or Administration is a plus.

• Familiar withMicrosoft Excel, data recap, reporting, and administrative tasks.

• Good withnumbers and basic mathematical calculations.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and good in coordination.

• Familiarity withSAP is a plus.
