Your responsibilities:

As a Reception Intern, you'll be thefriendly face of our club, delivering exceptional service to members. Your main tasks will include:

• Welcoming members and guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Assisting members with inquiries about services, classes, and memberships.
• Managing calls, emails, and appointments, ensuring prompt responses.
• Keeping the reception area organized andhandling administrative duties.
• Collaborating with various departments for seamless operations.
• Supporting the team with general tasks andmember engagement.

Your Background:

We're looking for exceptional individuals who:

• Are currently studying Tourism or Administration  
• Speak fluently in French andEnglish- another European language is an asset
