They are seeking a dynamic, growth oriented President/COO to lead and oversee all aspects of operations and strategic growth for theirSan Francisco Bay area locations. Strong operational, financial, and clinical leadership experience in homecare or healthcare is essential. Local candidates preferred.
President/COO - Private Duty Homecare Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in private duty homecare or a related healthcare field
- In-depth knowledge of homecare regulations and industry best practices
- Financial and daily operational oversight experience
- Success leading growth and program expansions
President/COO - Private Duty Homecare Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the growth, sustainability, and quality of homecare services.
- Oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, and financial performance across all service lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, referral sources, and community partners to enhance reputation and service delivery.
