Pay Rate:$245,000 - $265,000, based on experience plus bonus

President Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and overall direction for the organization.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage the company's P&L with responsibility for revenue, profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Monitor financial performance, inventory, operating expenses, and key business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish annual business plans, sales objectives, budgets, KPIs, and organizational performance goals.
- Monitor economic, supply chain, industry, and market developments and adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Lead commercial and business development strategies focused on profitable growth and market expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and strategic accounts.
- Provide executive oversight across sales, operations, engineering, quality, finance, human resources, and other business functions.
- Evaluate existing processes and implement strategic and operational improvements that support continued growth.
- Lead, develop, and support the management team while fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments and organizational leadership.
- Represent the organization with customers, business partners, and other industry stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, corporate governance requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, business development activities, and corporate meetings.
- Strong executive leadership and general management capabilities.
- Advanced understanding of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Strong commercial, sales, and business development acumen.
- Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales and channel-based business models.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with major customers, strategic accounts, and business partners.
- Strategic and analytical mindset with strong business judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to anticipate market changes and translate them into effective business strategies.
- Collaborative, approachable, and people-oriented leadership style.
- Ability to evaluate an established organization and identify opportunities for improvement without disrupting successful operations.

- Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in industrial manufacturing, energy, engineered products, or a related B2B industrial environment preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive business management, commercial leadership, operational leadership, or general management experience preferred.
- Previous President, General Manager, Managing Director, Division President, or senior VP-level experience preferred.
- Proven P&L management experience required.
- Demonstrated experience leading sales, operations, financial performance, and strategic planning.
- Experience managing or overseeing multiple business functions within an industrial organization.
- Established industry relationships and a strong network of customers, channel partners, or other relevant contacts highly preferred.
- Experience operating within a complex organizational structure is highly desirable.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and senior-level managers.
- Candidates stepping into their first President position may be considered with significant industry experience, strong P&L responsibility, and demonstrated business leadership.
