About the Role

TheBusiness Intelligence Executive designs and builds financial reporting for the Lifecycle business, with a focus onrenewal rates, customer churn, new customers and business expansion. Working with existing business data and leveragingcutting-edge BI tools, the role transforms complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable insights and decision-ready reporting.

This reporting supportsfinancial updates, value creation initiatives, forecasting activities and bonus reporting. The role is based in theCzech Republic.

What You'll Do

• Establish and maintaindata quality, governance and reporting standards

• Collaborate with theCustomer Data Platform team to support the development of Lifecycle metrics

• Drive alignment and sign-off onstandardised KPI and category definitions, including renewals, churn, new customers and expansion

• Reconcile and analyse variances across different Lifecycle data streams and reporting sources

• Build and enhancefinancial and operational reporting using Power BI and other BI tools

• Partner withSales Incentives teams to develop bonus reporting metrics and dashboards

• Transform complex datasets intoclear, decision-ready business insights for stakeholders

• Strongcommercial acumen and ability to understand the business impact behind the numbers

• Provenproblem-solving skills

• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams

• Ability to convert complex information intoactionable business strategies

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Office

• Expert knowledge ofPower BI

• Practical experience withSnowflake andAI-based data platforms

• Fluent spoken and written knowledge ofEnglish and Czech
