Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the medical office, including scheduling, staffing, patient flow, billing, and compliance.

Develop and implement strategies todrive revenue growth through efficient billing practices, patient retention, and optimized scheduling.

Managehuman resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and staff development.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate operational and financial performance.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements.

Overseeinsurance contracting, credentialing, and reimbursement processes, ensuring accurate claims submission and timely payments.

Manage self-pay collections and establish best practices for patient financial communication.

Collaborate with physicians and staff to maintain a patient-centered, team-oriented culture.

Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecast expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Preferred).

3+ years of experience in medical office management or practice administration.

Proven ability toincrease revenue and improve operational efficiency.

Strong understanding ofinsurance billing, coding, and reimbursement, as well asself-pay workflows.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in practice management and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
