PR Manager - 12 Month FTC

Role Overview

Savills is seeking an experienced and proactive PR Manager to join our Residential Research team on a maternity cover basis. Based at our global headquarters in Oxford Circus, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape media engagement around key housing market trends, research insights, and residential property data.

Working closely with Residential Research analysts and the wider Communications team, you will be responsible for managing media enquiries, developing proactive press opportunities, and building strong relationships with national, regional, trade, and broadcast journalists. You will play a key role in identifying compelling stories from research and market data, drafting high-quality press materials, and helping position Savills as a leading voice in the residential property sector.

The ideal candidate will have strong media relations experience, excellent communication and copywriting skills, and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders. A keen interest in housing, economics, and property markets, combined with a proactive and commercially aware approach, will be essential for success in this role.

This role starts in early February 2027.
