DSM Feedback Coach

Are you passionate about supporting teacher growth and elevating our community? Do you love giving constructive, encouraging feedback and helping others shine?

Power Life is looking for a few committed teachers in Des Moines to serve as Feedback Coaches. In this role, you'll observe classes, provide meaningful feedback to fellow teachers, and support the overall growth and consistency of our teaching staff.

What this looks like:

• Attend and observe 1–2 classes per month taught by fellow instructors (schedule is flexible based on your availability)
• Use the Rubric feedback form to share helpful, constructive, and growth-minded feedback
• Meet 1:1 with teachers after class to support their development and celebrate progress
• Work with the Programs Manager to align on studio standards and help elevate the experience for students
• Annual training 

Ideal candidates:

• Are experienced teachers with strong communication and leadership skills
• Believe in the power of feedback and are passionate about growing others
• Are open, humble, and committed to elevating the entire team

This is a flexible, part-time role. You’ll typically spend 2–6 hours per month depending on the feedback schedule and season we are in.
