Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 Years
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate (Flow)
- Power BI
- Power Virtual Agents
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365/Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
- Experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong expertise in workflow automation and business process improvement.
- Experience with Power Platform integrations using REST/Web APIs, connected systems, and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, database design, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
- Experience in data gateway installation and configuration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or VBA.
- Understanding of solution architecture, governance, administration, and support within Microsoft 365.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and gathering requirements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS or Talend.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, SSRS, or Crystal Reports.
- Experience in Java or other enterprise application development technologies.
- Background in UI/UX design and user-centric application development.
- Experience working with global/onshore-offshore teams.
- Knowledge management and collaboration experience using SharePoint or Confluence.
