Role Overview
Seeking a hands-on Power Platform / Copilot Developer to help Univest accelerate adoption of Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 AI agents.
This is not necessarily a senior architect role. The priority is finding a strong builder who is also good with people—someone who can identify business use cases, build working solutions, and teach non-technical users how to leverage the technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Build business solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate
- Partner directly with business users to identify and develop practical AI/automation use cases
- Build Copilot Studio agents and M365 AI solutions
- Develop POCs and demonstrate business value
- Train and coach a pilot group of 5–15 business users
- Conduct hands-on workshops and help users build their own solutions
- Create reusable templates, examples, and a reference/playbook
- Help establish practical M365 Agent Governance around development, testing, deployment, security, and responsible AI
- Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, APIs, and connectors
- Troubleshoot solutions and document recommendations for scaling the program
- Hands-on Microsoft Power Platform development experience
- Strong experience with Power Apps and/or Power Automate
- Experience with Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI/Copilot capabilities
- Ability to turn business requirements into working low-code solutions
- Strong communication and ability to work directly with non-technical business users
- Comfortable training, coaching, and demonstrating solutions
- Strong documentation and problem-solving skills
- Copilot Studio agent development
- Microsoft 365 Agent Governance
- Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and connectors
- Power Platform governance / Center of Excellence experience
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications
- Experience delivering hands-on technical workshops and user enablement
