WORK YOU’LL DO

As aPower Platform Automation Engineer (Consultant), you will design and deliver automation and AI agent solutions that transform and streamline business processes across industries, owning workstreams from discovery to hypercare and helping junior team members grow.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as thebridge between business and technology, leading discovery workshops and translating business needs into functional and technical designs.
• Design, build, and maintainautomated workflows and applications with Power Automate and Power Apps (canvas, model-driven and code apps).
• Design and implementAI agents with Copilot Studio, combining agent flows, connectors, MCP tools and human-in-the-loop approvals.
• Develop custom components usingDataverse, custom connectors, APIs, and Azure services as needed.
• Own aworkstream or small set of automations: estimation, planning, status reporting, and quality of delivery.
• Define and applyALM, environment and governance standards, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant and supportable.
• Produce clear documentation, including BRDs, solution design documents, process flows, and user manuals.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automations, including RPA resilience against application and UI changes.
• Lead testing cycles (pre-UAT, UAT) and support deployment and hypercare.
• Coach and review the work of Analysts, contributing to team standards, reusable components and knowledge sharing.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experiencedAutomation Engineer who will cover the full spectrum ofBusiness Analysis and Development, specializing inMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) andagentic automation withCopilot Studio. The ideal candidate has already delivered solutions end-to-end, can lead conversations with business stakeholders, and turns requirements into robust, scalable and well-governed solutions that combine low-code, pro-code and AI agents.

Key Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience delivering solutions onMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) is amust.
• Proven ownership of theend-to-end automation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Experience buildingAI agents and AI-powered flows withCopilot Studio (topics, knowledge sources, actions/tools, agent flows) andAI Builder.
• Solid experience withDataverse data modeling and security,custom connectors, andREST API integrations.
• Hands-on experience withRPA, ideallyPower Automate Desktop (desktop flows), with UiPath or Blue Prism considered a strong asset.
• Working knowledge ofALM and governance: solutions, environment strategy, Power Platform Pipelines or Azure DevOps/GitHub, Managed Environments, and DLP policies.
• Integration experience across the Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management).
• Ability to function as bothBusiness Analyst and Developer, running workshops, writing requirements (BRD / user stories), and estimating effort.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence inclient-facing settings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify automation andAI agent opportunities, and build the business case.
• Acollaborative mindset and apositive, supportive attitude: we value people who areteam players, help others grow, and contribute to a healthy, respectful work culture.
• A structured, self-organized mindset, attention to detail, and eagerness tocontinuously learn and grow.
• University degree (AEI) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent command ofGreek and English, written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience withPower Apps code apps (React/TypeScript) or PCF components, and withModel Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting agents to tools and data.
• Exposure toAzure AI services / Azure OpenAI andResponsible AI principles (human-in-the-loop, data protection, evaluation of agent outputs).
• Experience usingAI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery.
• Microsoft certifications such asPL-200, PL-400, or PL-600 are a plus but are not required.
• Experience inbanking or financial services environments.
