WORK YOU’LL DO
As aPower Platform Automation Engineer (Analyst), you will support the design and implementation of automation solutions that transform and streamline business processes across industries, working alongside senior engineers and consultants who will coach you on real client projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the team as abridge between business and technology, helping translate business needs into functional solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Build and maintainautomated workflows and applications with Power Automate and Power Apps, following team standards and best practices.
- Contribute toAI-powered automations, such as Copilot Studio agents, agent flows and AI Builder document processing, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Work withDataverse, standard and custom connectors, and APIs as needed.
- Participate in process walkthroughs and workshops, documentingas-is / to-be processes and requirements.
- Produce clear documentation for solutions, including design specifications, process flows, and user manuals.
- Troubleshoot and support existing automations, including RPA bots affected by application or UI changes.
- Participate in testing cycles (unit testing, pre-UAT, UAT) and provide support during deployment and hypercare.
- FollowALM practices (solutions, environments, deployment pipelines) and structured change management for updates and enhancements.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a motivatedAutomation Engineer at the start of their career who wants to grow across the full spectrum ofBusiness Analysis and Development, specializing inMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) and the new generation ofAI-powered automation withCopilot Studio. You will join an experienced delivery team, working with business stakeholders to capture requirements and turning them into robust, scalable low-code solutions, with the coaching you need to grow fast.
Key Qualifications:
- Around1 year of hands-on experience (including internships or academic/personal projects) withMicrosoft Power Platform, mainlyPower Automate cloud flows andPower Apps (canvas or model-driven).
- Basic understanding of theautomation lifecycle: requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and support.
- Familiarity withDataverse, SharePoint lists, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Working knowledge ofPower Fx expressions and basic logic; exposure toREST APIs, JSON or SQL is a plus.
- Curiosity aboutGenerative AI andAI agents, and willingness to learn how to build them with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
- Interest in acting as bothBusiness Analyst and Developer, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
- Good communication skills and the confidence to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Acollaborative mindset and apositive, supportive attitude: we value people who areteam players, help others grow, and contribute to a healthy, respectful work culture.
- Eagerness tocontinuously learn and grow professionally within a dynamic team environment.
- University degree (AEI) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent command ofGreek and English, written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure toRPA, such asPower Automate Desktop (desktop flows), UiPath or Blue Prism.
- First experience withCopilot Studio agents,AI Builder or prompt-based actions.
- Experience usingAI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot in Power Platform, GitHub Copilot).
- Microsoft certifications such asPL-900 orPL-200, or interest in obtaining them early on.
