In this role, you will: 

• LeadPower Platform solutions from discovery through go-live, translating business needs into scalable, enterprise-ready designs.
• Architect and build solutions usingPower Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and Azure.
• Stayhands-on technically, developing apps, workflows, integrations, Dataverse configurations, and custom extensions.
• Design enterprise architecture aroundsecurity, integrations, data models, ALM/CI-CD, environments, governance, licensing, and DLP policies.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams, delegate work, conduct design and code reviews, estimate projects, and manage technical risks.
• Partner directly with clients to lead discovery and design sessions, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend the right balance oflow-code and pro-code solutions.
• Supportpresales efforts, including solution design, estimates, proposals, SOWs, demos, and proofs of concept.
• Help clients adoptMicrosoft Copilot and AI capabilities, including Copilot Studio agents and AI Builder solutions, with a focus on responsible and practical AI adoption.

Who You Are: 

• You bring7+ years of deep Power Platform experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead or architect capacity.
• You have strong hands-on expertise withPower Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, and Power BI.
• You are comfortable withC#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript, including plug-ins, PCF controls, APIs, and custom connectors.
• You have experience integrating Power Platform withAzure services, such as Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management, and Azure SQL.
• You understandenterprise-scale Dataverse architecture, ALM/DevOps, security, and Power Platform governance.
• You enjoy being both ahands-on technologist and a leader, rather than stepping completely away from development.
• You are comfortable working directly with clients, leading workshops, communicating with executives and technical stakeholders, and providing trusted technical guidance.
• You have practical experience withCopilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or other AI-enabled Power Platform capabilities.
• You can contribute topresales and solution shaping, including estimates, proposals, demos, and SOWs.
• Microsoft certifications such asPL-600, PL-400, PL-200, or PL-900 are a plus.
