Power BI Specialist (Senior Level)

Global Real Estate and Workplace Management seeks a Power BI specialist for a fixed-term maternity cover role. The position focuses on turning facility and real estate data into actionable insights.

• The role involves Power BI dashboards, data models, governance, performance monitoring, and integrations across SAP ERP, Space Well Facility Management, Resource Finder, and Perceptyx Survey.
• Candidates need DAX, SQL, time-series analysis, visualization, mathematical, communication, and independent-working skills; Python, SAP BW, Datasphere, version control, and CI/CD are advantageous.

This is a fixed-term position providing maternity leave cover.

You’ll be part of Global Real Estate and Workplace Management BI where you will develop data models and reports. You’ll work closely with data engineers and business team to ensure high-quality data-driven insights.

You’ll play an important role in:

• developing our interactive Power BI dashboards

• improving data governance, monitoring performance, and keeping data up to date.

• integrating data coming from different systems including SAP ERP system, Space Well Facility Management, Resource Finder, Perceptyx Survey

• collaborating with business to deliver actionable insights

• must be proficient in Power BI dashboard development

• must be proficient in programming using DAX Queries

• work confidently with data, including time series analysis, SQL, and data visualization tools

• have an interest in UX design and data design

• have good mathematical skills

• are self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

• communicate clearly and work effectively

• knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus

• knowledge of SAP BW and Datasphere is a plus

• are familiar with version control, CI/CD, and collaborative software development.
