Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and automation tools to design, develop, and manage enterprise reporting solutions. The role will focus on integrating multiple data sources (including ITSM and end-user experience platforms) and delivering actionable dashboards for operational and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintaininteractive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Integrate and consolidate data from multiple enterprise systems such as:
- Nexthink
- ServiceNow
- Contact Center (CC) platforms
- Monitoring and infrastructure tools
- Developdata models and ETL workflows to support centralized reporting.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and report generation usingPower Automate and related tools.
- Createcustomized reporting views tailored to different stakeholder groups (Operations, Leadership, Compliance).
- Combine and harmonize data from disparate sources to deliverunified insights and KPIs.
- Ensuredata accuracy, consistency, and governance in all reporting outputs.
- Work closely with IT, Service Delivery, and Business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into dashboards.
- Supportad-hoc reporting requests and continuous improvement of existing reporting frameworks.
- Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and reporting processes.

- Monitoring/observability tools
- Proven experience in:
- Creating, customizing, and combining dashboards from multiple sources
- Managing large datasets and multi-source reporting environments
- Strong understanding ofdata visualization best practices and KPI design
- Knowledge of BFSI reporting requirements (audit, compliance, SLA tracking)
- Experience with SQL, APIs, or data connectors for integration
- Familiarity with ITSM and Digital Workplace analytics
- Exposure to Automation / workflow orchestration tools

Experience Profile
- 5–8 years of experience in MIS reporting / BI development
