Power BI/ Power Automate Analyst

Introduction

This role is part of the Supply Chain IT team, working within the Director’s Planning and Integration team to manage forecasts and actuals for Purchase Orders. The primary focus is on replacing traditional reporting methods with PowerBI and PowerAutomate solutions. The position involves developing and maintaining dashboards, automating manual processes, and collaborating with team members to present data to senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of experience developing PowerBI and PowerAutomate dashboards and processes
• 3 years of experience with Client Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
• Financial Reporting expertise
• Experience with Client Excel
• Prior work experience in the industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 2 years of Accounting or IT Analysis experience
• 3 years of experience leveraging Excel for data analysis
• Bachelor's Degree

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Continue development of PowerBI dashboards and create new ones
• Integrate PowerAutomate to automate manual processes
• Collaborate with supervisors to gather headcount/financial plans
• Use creativity to explain data to leadership with graphics and storytelling
• Gather actual financial spending monthly and enter future financial forecasts
• Provide support for Purchase Orders forecasts and actual payments
• Partner with the Integration Team’s supervisor to support diverse requests from Finance and the IT Business Office
