Roles & Responsibilities
- Highschool diploma required, Bachelor's degree+ preferred
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience; 5-7 years of experience preferred
- Power Apps development experience
- Power Automate development experience
- Experience building solutions and workflows from scratch
- Experience taking solutions from requirements through deployment
- Experience automating manual business processes
- Experience integrating Power Automate with SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and/or Microsoft Forms
- Experience building approval, validation, request, or notification workflows
- Experience using conditional logic within Power Automate
- Power BI dashboard development experience
- Experience relating multiple datasets/tables within Power BI
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
- SharePoint
- Advanced Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills (Candidates with these skills will take priority)
- Vendor management workflow automation
- Invoice or billing automation
- Access management workflows
- Data validation and audit-related tools
- Experience working with confidential financial, contractual, vendor, or access-control data
- Enterprise-scale application or automation development experience
- Experience building future-state automation solutions
- Strong data analytics background
- Experience creating reporting and operational dashboards
- Experience supporting security, compliance, governance, or operational teams
