Power Automate Desktop Support

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Power Automate Desktop operations. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and support experience, with a focus on developing and maintaining Power Automate Desktop flows and integrating them with other technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain at least 10 Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows/bots.
• Utilize SQL data queries in conjunction with PAD flows.
• Support Power Automate projects and provide technical assistance during the Hyper care period post go-live.
• Utilize ITSM ticketing tools like Service Now, Remedy, or Jira for support operations.
• Collaborate with other RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 5 years of support experience on Microsoft Power apps.
• Certifications on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Desktop/Power Apps) is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Experience in developing at least 10 Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows/bots.
• Hands-on experience in SQL data queries with PAD flows.
• Experience with other RPA tools, particularly Automation Anywhere (1-2 years).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, Angular JS, or Node.JS.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with development teams.
• Ability to work in shift models (afternoon/night shifts).
• Understanding or experience in Automation Anywhere bot development.
