Job Description – Power App Developer

Location: Pune
Experience: 3–5 Years

We are seeking aPower Platform Developer with 3–5 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, along with strong troubleshooting and customization skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Model-Driven Apps using forms, business rules, JavaScript, and embedded Canvas Pages.
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize Power Automate cloud flows.
• Configure Dataverse security, including security roles, column security profiles, business units, and record ownership.
• Perform bulk data updates and manage master data using Dataverse and Excel.
• Troubleshoot application issues, debug failed flows, and resolve production incidents.
• Support onboarding of new organizations by configuring Power Platform environments as per standard operating procedures.
• Follow solution-based development and ALM best practices during application releases.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience in JavaScript customization, business rules, and Canvas Pages.
• Good understanding of Dataverse security and data management.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with Power Platform Plugins and trace log analysis.
• Knowledge of ALM, solution management, and release processes.
