The Senior Leasing and Service Professionalleads the leasing function for the community, drives new lease production, coaches the leasing team, and ensures leasing and customer service standards are consistently met. Â
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ Â
- Generate new leases and achieve monthly leasing goals
- Coach, motivate, and train leasing and service-oriented team members
- Oversee lead management, tour conversion, and follow-up execution
- Monitor leasing KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain closing ratio in accordance with company standards and performance expectations
- Partner with onsite leadership on pricing, outreach, and marketing strategy
- Support escalated prospect or leasing issues
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company sales processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSÂ Â
- Prior multifamily leasing experience
- Demonstrated sales success in customer-facing environments
- Leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and accountability skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSÂ Â
- 1–3 years of business-to-consumer sales experience
- College degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience managing leasing metrics and conversionsCOMMUNICATION SKILLSÂ Â
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational communication skills
- Strong sales coaching and performance feedback abilities
- Ability to communicate leasing expectations, goals, and performance standards clearly
- Strong conflict management and customer service recovery skills
- Ability to present professionally to prospects, residents, and leadership teams
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing communication abilities
- Ability to influence team performance through effective communication and accountability
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills across departments
TECHNOLOGY SKILLSÂ Â
- Advanced proficiency with property management, CRM, and lead management systems
- Ability to analyze leasing KPIs, conversion metrics, and traffic reports
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel reporting functions
- Experience using digital marketing and outreach platforms
- Ability to manage online reputation and resident communication tools
- Ability to train and coach team members on operational systems and technology
- Familiarity with pricing, revenue management, and competitor tracking tools preferred
PHYSICAL/WORK REQUIREMENTSÂ Â
- Frequent onsite presence, tours, desk work, and customer interaction
- Weekend availability as business needs required

- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
- 11 Paid Holidays per year.
- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
