As an Initiatives Leader within Canada Operations, this role will be accountable for the execution and successful delivery of mid to large-scale, cross-functional and/or cross-capability initiatives both mandatory and discretionary in nature. This role holds significant influence across the Canada Operations capability, impacting systems, departments, teams, and portfolios spanning multiple organizations and technology groups.The initiatives under this role's leadership may span multiple portfolios, involve complex design and coordination, and drive change at the Canada Business Unit level—frequently extending across multiple years. In addition, this role will provide strategic leadership at the Canada Operations level, shaping business direction, managing risk, and influencing strategy, organizational structure, and talent development.Awards and Accolades

Salary Information
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
