Intern, Project Development Analyst

What you will do:

As an Analyst intern, you will work closely with the Head of Project and Bid Development, APAC to support the APAC businesses in developing and winning major projects across the region. You will be involved in bid management, proposal development and risk management in major projects and gain exposure to the bid process, to the development of large deals and to the up-and-coming industry opportunities and trends such as sustainability, data centers etc. 

How you will do it:

• Apply business acumen and analytical skills toprovide actionable insights towards stronger operational performance, by: 

• Process Improvement: Analyzecurrent work processes andidentify areas of improvement within the current Bid Management Process 

• Analytics: Compile, track and analyze major projects opportunity listwithin APAC regionfor bid management, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data toprovide a clear view of the current progress, risks,escalationsand opportunities inPowerBI 

• Work closely with thecross-functional bid team (sales and commercial, engineering,project operations, services, procurement) to ensure the collateralssubmitted are up to the standards and quality of JCI 

• Workclosely with thebid lead andcross-functional bid team toensure proper bid documentation, proposal development,and governance before submission 

What we look for:

• Pursuing masters / degree in business, engineering or data science andanalytics 

• Knowledge and Interest in PowerPlatforms:PowerBI andPowerAutomate 

• Strong Interest in business processes,program management,risk management and problem solving 

• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Good learning attitude to accumulate business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
