What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional projects and business initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused on successful outcomes.

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead and coordinate projects from planning through completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success measures
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources across multiple workstreams
• Monitor progress and proactively address obstacles that could impact delivery
• Partner with business leaders to drive project execution and accountability

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and executive updates
• Build strong partnerships across departments and levels of the organization
• Communicate project status, key decisions, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
• Influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain project dashboards, reports, action logs, and project documentation
• Track project performance and support data-driven decision-making
• Help improve project management tools, standards, and best practices
• Support portfolio tracking, governance activities, and change management efforts

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, program support, or a related field
• Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability
• Experience creating project plans, reports, dashboards, and documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a PMO, Transformation Office, Strategic Finance, or similar environment
• Experience using Smartsheet for project planning, reporting, and dashboards
• Knowledge of change management, portfolio management, or continuous improvement methodologies
• PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
